WIKI vs PODCAST

6 Blue are all very busy at the moment thinking, creating and writing narratives and radio scripts. We have exciting plans for all of our hard work. We want to develop our writing skills, share our work with other people, know what other people think of our work, perhaps find out of others how we can improve our work and of course we want to display our work in a different and exciting way.

Why do you think we have we chosen different ways of sharing our work?

Briefly explain what work it is your doing for the Wiki and the podcast.

Why do you think a Wiki was chosen for our narratives?

Why do you think a podcast was chosen for our radio scripts?

Compare the two types of communication we have chosen. Do you think one is better than the other?

YOUR HFS LEGACY!!

A legacy is what you leave behind after you have gone. It is made up of the memories that people have of you.

How do you want to be remembered at HFS? What do you want to be remembered for doing or being? In your answer you might like to think about how different people might remember you - your classmates, teachers and other students.

EXTENSION 1........It is your words and actions that determine your legacy. How can you make sure that you are remembered in the way that you want to be remembered?

EXTENSION 2........How do you think the class of 2007 will be remembered as a whole group? How would you like the Year 6 of 2007 to be remembered?

HFS MEMORIES!!

What are your favourite HFS memories? When you reflect back on your time spent at HFS, what are the memories that bring a smile to your face, make you laugh or perhaps make you want to shed a tear or two?

HIGH SCHOOL! JUST AROUND THE BEND.....

What are your thoughts about that? What are you expecting? How will it be different to what you have become used to at HFS? What are you hoping? What are you fearing or dreading?
